Support a Journey of Inclusion and Discovery: Contribute to the Moana60 Week for People with Visual Impairments
Dear Companies, Organizations, and Foundations,
Today, we invite you to become part of an extraordinary project that brings together solidarity, inclusion, and science: a week aboard Moana60 dedicated to a group of young people with visual impairments from the Italian Union of the Blind and Visually Impaired Unione Italiana Ciechi e Ipovedenti (UICI).
This unique experience is not only an opportunity to experience the sea from a new perspective but also to actively participate in citizen science projects, exploring and studying the marine environment in an innovative way. The guests, guided by experts, will have the chance to listen to the sounds of the sea using a hydrophone—an instrument that captures underwater sounds—creating a truly unique sensory experience.
Spirit of Solidarity is built on inclusion and accessibility, and our goal is to ensure that no young person has to bear any costs to participate. To make this dream a reality, we need your financial support. With your contribution, we can cover all the expenses related to organizing the week aboard, from hospitality to logistics, making it possible for these young people to join without any financial burden.
